It is the responsibility of all RM employees and contractors to report all HSSE related incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions and unsafe acts occurring on a RM project or site. RM use Tr@ction as the recording and action tracking tool and all RM employees and contractor shall have access to allow prompt reporting.
All incidents are to be investigated in an appropriate manner, which permits a scaled approach dependent on the actual and potential outcomes of an incident or near miss.
