Training
RM expects all RM employees and contractors, subcontractors and their employees to have an understanding of their job. They should know how to do their job safely and know how to react in case of an emergency.

All employees shall learn of the basic HSSE aspects of their job during their orientation training. Supervisors shall never allow a worker to advance to the next stage of their job without having an understanding of the HSSE aspects.

Contractors shall ensure staff understands these HSSE aspects and can demonstrate proficiency by conducting tests or checking for understanding. Training should be specific to the job. Most RM jobs require HAZWOPER or equivalent training.
